To order, your SOW must be approved by DIR. We will submit for DIR approval – work will begin after approval is received.
To submit a PO, please email the PO to: DIRmanagedservices@pivotts.com. Customers, please include the DIR contract number on your PO. If you are purchasing our services for the first time, you will also need to email a signed copy of the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Service Order (SO) to: DIRmanagedservices@pivotts.com.
A representative from Pivot will confirm receipt of the required documents.
