 Scott Gruendler -President
  Since becoming President of Sigma Solutions in 1998, Scott Gruendler has led the company
  through an important growth phase, including several acquisitions that broaden the scope of
  the company’s offerings while retaining its close focus on data center infrastructure. Mr.
  Gruendler has been in the IT field since the late 1980s, working for a number of valued added
  resellers and combining business acumen with deep IT experience. He has been with Sigma
  Solutions since its inception in 1998, helping build the combined services and IT product
  strategy that differentiates Sigma Solutions from its competition and has been instrumental in
  the company’s significant year-over-year growth. 

  Frank Jarzombek - Executive Vice President
  As Executive Vice President for Sigma Solutions, Inc., Frank Jarzombek has played a key role in
   the company’s growth and expansion. His broad industry experience gained from 25 years in
   the reseller channel, particularly during his tenure at IBM and Decision Data, has helped
   catapult the company ahead of its competition. As one of the co-founders, Mr. Jarzombek’s
   vision of the company as a nationally recognized value-added business partner keeps Sigma
   Solutions highly client-focused. He oversees the sales effort across the country and works
   closely with a range of manufacturer partners in developing and implementing pragmatic IT
   solutions that give clients a competitive edge in their industries. 

  Eric Kronenthal - Vice President of Professional Services
   Mr. Kronenthal has been with Sigma Solutions since it's inception in 1998.  Mr.  Kronenthal
   manages the technical organization, including the Professional Services, Customer Services,
   Help Desk/First Call Support, Managed Services and Staff Augmentation teams. Mr. Kronenthal
   has been  in the technology industry for over 20 years and he obtained his MBA from the
   University of Texas in San Antonio, in 1994.

  Gerard Zimmerebner - Controller
   Mr. Zimmerebner, C.P.A., has been with Sigma Solutions since 2001 and is a Certified Public
   Accountant with more than 25 years experience.  Mr. Zimmerebner has been in a Controller
   capacity for several South Texas enterprises, in charge of accounting, treasury, human
   resources, and cash management functions since graduating from college.  Mr. Zimmerebner
   graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. Mary’s University in 1981.   --more--
